Verde Ranch RV Resort — Reviews

We got there and there was nothing left in our name in the night time box. We paid in advance. Had to call and wait for a call back. Then had an hard time finding the site at night. We found a groundskeeper in a golf cart and followed behind her. Other wise we might still be looking for it. iI’s a beautiful campground. Would stay there again , but hopefully not get stuck in 2 hours in traffic due to an accident.

Perfect place for family fun! Cabin and park were very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly! We will definitely be back!

Great facilty

Great Location! Great customer service. The property has so many extras, which makes for a nice vacation spot for a family.

The campground is well organized and the swimming pool is clean and large. The clubhouse is also very nice and well-equipped. We only stayed one night there and it was a good choice.

The park is a gem. Sites are large and level. There is so much to do in the park and I’m the area. One of our favorites ever.

Toilets and showers are unisex and where the worst kept facilities I have experienced. Far too expensive for this to be the case for the entire visit. There was an option to report problems via a QR code but I didn’t have my phone and youd expect better monitoring and cleaning. The only reason I pay for sites is for clean facilities. I may as well have camped somewhere picturesque for free.

All the staff I encountered were friendly and welcoming. Resort has wide paved roads and flat gravel sites. Clean heated pool and hot tubs. Lots and of campers bringing their dogs to the two fenced dog parks. The remaining spots are turf pads. Beautiful views of the surrounding hills and a quick trip to Sedona. Cottonwood is only 15 minutes north and has the best food shopping.

Very clean and well maintained rv resort. Lots to do and very friendly staff. We will b going back in a few months!

The sites are clean, well set-up, and spacious. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It was a nice two-week stay.
