Great property with friendly staff and tenants everywhere. If you want full amenities this place really has it all! We were by the dog park area and we could certainly hear I17 traffic all night and day, so I'd likely stay farther away from the interstate on a next visit.

Amenities were great but the showers were not in service.

Our site was down by the dog park area. The site was nice but the location was extremely noisy. Highway 17 goes right by the campground…. There is traffic noise all day and night. Could not enjoy being outside of our RV. Even inside our RV was noisy. The facilities were nice and everyone was friendly. The RV spots further up towards the office would have been quieter since they are further away from the highway.

Overall a beautiful rv park but a couple of negatives are the reason for 4 star review vs. 5. The showers in the bath house do not run water at will you have to push the fixture each time you need water to start. Also no shelves for shampoo or soap and hooks need to be hung closer to shower so you can reach your towel from the shower. The other item are having to rent a picnic table if you want one. That was a first as any rv park we’ve ever stayed provided a table as part of your site fee.

It’s a nice campground and well kept. The reason for the 4 star review is they don’t provide a picnic table. If you want one you have to rent one. I have never been to a camp ground that doesn’t provide a picnic table.

Great facilities, amenities, friendly and kind staff! We like it so much we extended our stay!

We have stayed at this rv park 3 times. The office staff are very friendly & helpful. The laundry room is large & clean. They have a wonderful pool & workout room. They have a large dog park with divided sides for small & large dogs. They also have dog pads at the end of every other aisle. They have plenty of lights all through the park for walking your dogs after dark. They have paved streets & each site has deep gravel. I love this park & will stay here again.

Very nice resort style campground. Large sites, very well maintained throughout. The private bathroom/showrooms were spacious and always clean. The pool and hot tub area was large with lots of chairs and tables. Very close to everything, including Sedona and surprisingly with virtually no highly noise “halfway” up the campground.

Super place! Nicest facilities we’ve seen for a reasonable price. Clubhouse was beautiful. Pickleball courts were shaded. Laundry and showers were very nice. We were there only one night on a Friday. There full hayrides going on in the evening.

Nice big spaces and nice amenities.

We rented a glamping tent, it was fantastic the kids loved the bunk beds, amenities, and river trails. Park staff were friendly they even had a Halloween hayride going
