Terms & Conditions

Welcome! To ensure a safe, enjoyable stay for everyone, please review our key guidelines:

Check-In / Check-Out

  • RV Check-in: 12:00 PM | Cottages: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Early/late requests: $10/hour (subject to availability)
  • Please check in at the office before going to your site

Speed Limit

  • 5 MPH strictly enforced
  • Speeding may result in removal without refund

Site & Resort Rules

  • Do not change sites without approval
  • Do not walk through occupied sites
  • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
  • No ground stakes (protects irrigation)
  • No clotheslines on trees or permanent site storage

Sewer & Utilities

  • Use sealed sewer connections only
  • Dump in designated hookups only (no ground dumping)
  • No rocks on sewer hoses

Guests & Visitors

  • Visitors must register at the office and display a pass, fees applicable
  • Guests are responsible for all visitors, children, and pets
  • Must be present when visitors use amenities

Children

  • Must be supervised at all times
  • Supervision required in pool, fitness, and activity areas

Pets

  • Must be leashed (6 ft max) and cleaned up after
  • No pets in buildings or pool areas
  • Aggressive pets are not allowed
  • Cottage pets: 40 lb max (pet friendly units only)

Pool & Spa

  • Hours: 9 AM – 8 PM (Closed Nov–Feb)
  • Spa is 18+ only
  • No glass containers
  • Children must be supervised

Vehicles & Parking

  • 1 RV + 1 vehicle per site
  • Extra vehicles: $5/day (overflow parking)
  • Licensed, insured drivers only
  • Drive on roads only

Fires & Smoking

  • Propane fires allowed
  • Wood fires only if no fire ban (must be elevated & screened)
  • No smoking in buildings or common areas
  • Smoke at least 25 feet away

Facilities & Property

  • No dishwashing in restrooms/laundry
  • Secure personal belongings
  • Resort not responsible for theft/damage
  • Follow posted closures and notices

RV & Vehicle Washing

  • Permit required: $10 RV / $5 vehicle
  • Wash only at your site

Important Policies

  • No soliciting
  • No major vehicle repairs without approval
  • Firearms must be stored safely (no loaded firearms)
  • Management may refuse service or terminate stays if rules are not followed

By staying at the resort, you agree to follow all rules and understand that use of facilities is at your own risk.
