We are certainly apologetic to hear about your check-in experience. We do send all the information via email but understand that this can often be hard to interpret and may not be received due to spam filters or other settings and delays inherent in email messaging. We have gotten MUCH busier since your visit so we actually do have someone there to check folks in during normal business hours, although we still aren't "manning" the office per say. The guys are busy keeping the grounds.

I'm so sorry to hear about this, we are offering you a free night stay with us if it's ever convenient for you to stop back by. We do reserve 4 spots up front for over night guests that are all LARGE concrete pads that accommodate a Class A + tow without unhooking, all on the pad, so we have your back next time! Sorry about that!
