Volcanic RV Park Policies & Rules

General:

  1. Please be considerate of neighbors at all times.
  2. To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, non-registered visitors must exit by 10:00pm.
  3. A maximum of six (6) occupants are permitted per site, except as otherwise approved by Park management.
  4. Parents and guardians are responsible for the actions and safety of their children and guests.
  5. Children should not be allowed to wander or play outdoors without adult supervision, especially near the river.
  6. NO food, drinks, smoking or pets in the shower/restrooms or laundry area.
  7. We are a smoke-free facility, please refrain from smoking outdoors.
  8. All guests are responsible for keeping their site clean, free of garbage, and maintaining the exterior of their RV in good condition.
  9. Please deposit your bagged garbage in the dumpster. See map for location.
  10. Do not leave garbage at your site out overnight for any reason, as critters will be attracted by it.
  11. Fires are not allowed within the Park.
  12. Do not drive any hooks, stakes, poles,  etc. into the ground. No patio rugs, mats or pet beds on the turf. NO clotheslines are permitted.
  13. RVs 15 years or older must be approved by Park Management. All  vehicles brought into the park MUST have current registration, insurance,  license plates and tags. RVs and trailers must be in good condition with no  visible damage to the interior or exterior. The unit must be able to move  on demand. No vehicle or RV washing allowed. No working on RVs or other  vehicles within the Park.
  14. A maximum of one (1) RV/Trailer per site and, if room, a vehicle  may be parked at the RV site. All roadways/driveways must remain  clear at all times for emergency vehicles. All roadways/driveways must remain clear at all times for emergency vehicle access. A maximum of two (2) licensed vehicles per site is allowed. No driving or parking on turf, all vehicles must  remain on asphalt or concrete.
  15. The maximum speed limit in the park is 5mph.
  16. Use BBQs with caution, not to be placed on the turf surface.

Pet Policy:

  1. There is a 2 pet limit in the resort.
  2. Quiet, well-mannered pets must be kept on a leash no longer than six (6) feet and under your immediate control at all times.
  3. Please pick up after your pets.
  4. There is a designated pet area with doggie bags available.
  5. Pets are not allowed in buildings.
  6. Please do not leave pets outside unattended or allow them to bark excessively.
  7. Vicious or aggressive pets of any breed are not permitted in the park.

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

  • Reservations cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival will incur a $15 cancellation fee.
  • Reservations cancelled 3 to 13 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Reservations cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival receive no refund.
  • No shows and same day cancellations receive no refund.
