Motocross Facility & Campground Terms & Conditions

General Rules

  • All riders, guests, and campers enter at their own risk.
  • Tenants and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or pets.
  • Guests assume all risks associated with riding, camping, and facility use and agree to hold the property owner harmless and indemnify against any claims.
  • The facility is not responsible for personal injury, or for damage, loss, or theft of personal property or vehicles.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or evict any person(s) not complying with rules and policies, without refund.

Check-In & Guest Policy

  • All guests and visitors must register upon arrival.
  • The total number of guests per site must not exceed the maximum occupancy limit.

Motocross Track Rules

  • Helmets are required at all times while riding.
  • Proper riding gear is strongly recommended (boots, goggles, gloves, protective gear).
  • Ride within your skill level at all times.
  • No reckless riding, intentional contact, or unsafe behavior.
  • Follow all posted signs, staff instructions, and flaggers.
  • Ride only during designated track hours.
  • No riding in pit or campground areas except at idle speed when entering or exiting the track.

Bike & Safety Requirements

  • All bikes must be in safe operating condition.
  • Excessively loud bikes are not permitted.
  • No riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Camping & RV Rules (Applies to Tent & RV Camping)

  • Camp at your own risk.
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
  • No generators are allowed on the RV side.
  • All motorhomes, RVs, and travel trailers must be in good working condition and acceptable appearance.
  • Management reserves the right to deny access to any vehicle deemed unacceptable.
  • Propane grills and propane fire pits are permitted.
  • Blow-up mattresses, sleeping bags, and cots are not allowed outside.
  • No dumping of wastewater except in designated areas.

Site & Property Rules

  • Maintenance or repairs on RVs or vehicles on the property are not permitted.
  • Washing of RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed.
  • The use of paint products or hazardous chemicals is prohibited.
  • Clotheslines are not permitted.
  • Do not hang any items from trees.
  • All sites must be kept clean, neat, and orderly at all times.
  • All trash must be placed in designated receptacles.
  • Do not leave trash outside overnight.

Conduct, Safety & Supervision

  • Guests must supervise children and pets at all times.
  • Pets must be leashed, controlled, and cleaned up after.
  • No disorderly conduct, fighting, or unsafe behavior.
  • Alcohol is permitted for adults only—no drinking and riding.
  • No illegal drugs.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to arrival: You will receive a full (100%) refund to your original method of payment. 
  • Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days prior to arrival: You will receive a 50% refund to your original method of payment. 
  • Cancellations made 2 days or less prior to arrival: No refund will be issued.
  • Cancellations after arrival or early departures: No refund will be issued.
