Walmar Manor Campground Rules & Regulations

  • The speed limit in Walmar Manor is 5 miles per hour. Please respect the children in the community and in the campground and keep it a safe place to play.

  • Your campsite may consist of I RV and I tent, or 2 tents and may not exceed 6 people.

  • Please park at your designated site onlv. Only two vehicles are allowed per site. Vehicles must park on the gravel area of the site. Overnight parking of commercial vehicles is prohibited.

  • Washing of vehicles or RV's is prohibited.

  • All vehicles and RV's must show proper inspection and registration stickers in accordance with Federal & State laws.

  • All pets, Of any kind, must be on a hand held leash not to exceed 6' in length and be accompanied at all times.

  • All pet feces must be cleaned up and disposed Of immediately.

  • Please walk your dog(s) in campground area only!

  • Children under the age of 18 yrs must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • PA State Regulations require that sink and shower water is accumulated in a container and dumped at the dump station or in the portable holding tank. This water may not be permitted to empty on to the ground. Sewer hoses must be fitted with a sewer hose seal at the ground connection to prevent the hose from entering the drop line.

  • Clotheslines are not permitted as they can cause serious injury.

  • Cutting or defacing of anv tree is not permitted. You may use wood that is dead and on the ground in the woods.

  • Payment in full is required upon check in. All monthly guests must pay no later than the first of the month. Any guests staying for longer than one month will be required to complete a background check. Any guest arriving after the first of the month, must pav the prorated amount of the current month and the upcoming month upon check in.

  • Monthly guests are responsible for mowing and trimming their campsite, and are responsible for shoveling snow from their parking space and walkway to their RV.

  • SPECIAL NOTE TO MONTHLY GUESTS: Walmar Manor Campground mav not be used as your permanent address. use of this address as a permanent one or for mail delivery is prohibited. Proof of residence elsewhere must be provided upon request. Failure to comply may result in the loss Of camping privileges.

  • Quiet time is between 11pm and 7am. Profanity, loud conversation, noises or music is not allowed at any time.

  • All minors must be at their own campsite and/or under parental supervision between Sunset and sunrise.

  • Bike riding through campsites at any time or through the campground after dark is prohibited for safety reasons.

  • Storage of recreational vehicles (boats, dirt bikes, 4-wheelers, snowmobiles, etc.), machinery, building supplies, etc. is prohibited.

  • Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Walmar Manor MHC, LLC from all claims, liability, loss and expense incurred by reason of injury to person or property, or both of guests and their family/visitors, arising from the use of Walmar Manor Campground facilities or surrounding areas, Guests, their family and visitors agree that any dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

  • Failure to follow these park rules, any other posted rules, and directions of the staff will result in eviction from the campground Without a refund.

Booking Policy:

The full reservation total is required at the time of booking for all stays, regardless of length.

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

  • Reservations cancelled at least 2 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.

  • Reservations cancelled less than 2 days prior to arrival receive no refund.

  • No shows and early departures receive no refund.
