Very unlevel sites In a very questionable neighborhood We did not stay and requested a refund but have not heard Office was locked at 3:00 pm and only answering service to call.

We apologize about the experience during our soft launch after Walnut Creek's multi-million dollar renovation. We have already corrected the leveling issue. If an employee isn't available, they are assisting other guests. If that is the case, please call the phone number and an employee will come.
