For $1,000 for two nights, I expected to walk in and immediately feel like it was worth the price. The cabin was decent, but there are several areas that need improvement. The furniture is old and uncomfortable and could really use an update. The beds, however, were comfortable. The kitchen sink would not drain, which made it difficult to use, and the air conditioning struggled to keep up, although it was manageable. The blinds on the front windows are missing large sections, leaving very little privacy at night. The checkout instructions were unclear, and the only information included in our check-in packet was that checkout was at 11:00 AM. Would I stay here again? Yes, but only at a discounted or special rate. I would not pay $500 per night for this cabin in its current condition.
