Bunk beds not made for adults with cheap, camp mattresses. Absolutely no hooks to hang anything including wet towels. Parking was difficult for a mini van, we actually got stuck because of incline and gravel. Checkin-they didn't give me the key, then got locked out. They did send someone promptly to open the door. He said it happens all the time. We brought food, there was no where to set it except on the floor. Neighbors drove around on golf carts blasting loud music at inappropriate times.

Our family had a great stay this week at Jellystone! We stayed in a ranger cabin that was modern and comfortable. My kids really enjoyed all the activities. I appreciate the app to follow activity schedules. We will definitely be back! A few suggestions for improvements would be to hold higher expectations for friendly customer service for teen staff, add some hooks in the cabin bathrooms (for towels, ect), and mix up the tunes on the "Jellystone Radio" channel (they got really repetitive). Overall a great stay!
