Refund Policy

30 Days Prior

If you cancel a reservation 30 days before your confirmed arrival date, after you have already paid, you will receive a full refund, less a $35.00 transaction fee.

15 to 29 Days Prior

If you cancel a reservation between 15 days and 29 days prior to your confirmed arrival date, for your confirmed reservation, you will be granted a refund equal to 50% of your total booking amount or based on availability, 100% camp credit for valid for one year based on the first date of your arrival in your original booking. The camp credit can be used at Waterfront Hideaway Ranch for a future reservation for yourself. This credit can be used by you only, is non-transferable and will be available for 1 year from the date of your confirmed cancellation. To use this credit, you will need to contact one of our front office staff members by phone.

Date of Arrival to 14 Days Prior

If you cancel a reservation 14 days or less prior to your confirmed arrival date, you will not receive any refund nor credit.
