Campground was quiet, reasonably clean and close to the lake. Shower house was clean but dated. Individual shower stalls with real locking doors is a nice feature.

Beach bathrooms were closed, only 1 port a john that was filthy and no toilet paper and it was only 1 o'clock in the afternoon. They now charge $15 to park at the beach for the campers that already pay for a campsite to use the facility.

Perfect weekend getaway, quiet camping, walked to the beach. Checked out a few local places, very accessible.

This campground has a great staff! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Security is available and tentative. I would easily give them 5 stars, if only the bath house was better maintained and kept.

The check-in was friendly and efficient. The bathroom and the shower were good; there is a locking door for the shower, shelves, hooks and the water temperature and pressure were great. The reason for the two stars is because we were packed in like sardines, quiet hours weren’t enforced and it wasn’t a place that I would want to spend much time at the campsite.

Port a pots were disgustingly full. They did get emptied the day before check out. If it weren't for that I would have given 5 stars.
