The area is beautiful and you can't beat the views. However, we haven't been to this campground for a few years and it was not as good as it used to be. They had just cut the grass and there was piles of large grass clippings literally everywhere, which got over everything since it was humid and stuck to our shoes. The bathrooms were not as clean as they used to be and there was a ton of flies this year for some reason. Even though we kept our food covered they were out of control.
