West Pinal Park — Reviews

We had an amazing time at West Pinal Park. It was away from the city and quiet. A lot of space for our RV and car and the e had our own grill as well. If you like serenity, peace, and open spaces, this is the camp for you. The camp host Lisa came by to greet us and she was such an amazing soul. Very knowledgeable of the area and also talked about the trails in the park. She was very kind and gentle spirited.

Park host is a great ambassador for park and it’s trails, local events and entertainment. Definitely will be returning.

Nice campground. Clean and well kept. Only down side is road noise from the highway.

Lisa is always so welcoming! Campsites are easy access. Did not even have to unhook. Porta potties were very clean. Nice wide open spaces..Lots of room between sites.

Weather wasn’t very cooperative, but this is a great spot in the southern desert. No crowds, no noise and just slight highway sounds from the I-8. Windows closed in January, I was barely able to notice. You can explore in 3 different directions from here, too. I’ll be back!

Peaceful low key park in a beautiful Sonoran Desert setting.

Stellar campsite, the camp host Lisa is an absolute sweetheart, full of knowledge about camping and the area that she happily shares with campers which elevates the experience there. Loved all the clean bathrooms, the grill was as spotless as one can be considering it’s a camp grill, even the horseshoe pit was free of a ton of litter and was nice to have a fenced in area for our dog to play in. Very peaceful, happy spot.

The park location was beautiful and very well maintained. Lisa, the campground host, was simply delightful We will definitely be back next year

Quiet

West Pinal Park was fantastic! The views are spectacular and the trails, though overgrown in spots, are the best! Dog walks were great! (Other than our one boy getting bit by a cactus when he lifted his leg on it). Lisa, the park host, was friendly and always helpful. We will definitely go back. It is one of our top three spots!

Beautiful and clean. Perfect stopover spot.

Could give this a -4 with the inch of rain followed by denso fog :o) but no this park is nice, the road held up to heavy rain and the host answered all questions and assisted us in finding a campsite. 2nd time visitor - will be back.
