Terms & Conditions

Management has the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for personal injuries, lost, stolen, or damaged property.

NO CONVERSIONS OR TENT CAMPING IS ALLOWED

1. Reservation & Occupancy

All guests must provide accurate information upon booking. Maximum occupancy per site is six (6) persons unless otherwise specified. Unregistered guests or exceeding occupancy limits may result in immediate eviction without refund.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time is 1:00 PM (or as designated by the park). Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Late check-out requires prior approval from management and may incur additional fees.

3. Visitors

All visitors must register at the office and be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. Visitors may not use amenities unaccompanied and must park in designated areas. The maximum number of visitors per site is three (3), unless otherwise approved.

4. Vehicles & Parking

Each site is limited to two (3) vehicles unless otherwise approved. All vehicles must display parking passes and be properly registered and insured. Parking on grass, empty sites, in the street or unauthorized areas is prohibited. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense. You may not wash any RV or vehicle using our water or water from any holding tanks. Only Businesses bring in their own water may wash any RV or Vehicle.It is not free to charge your hybrid or electric vehicle. Please reach out to the office and pay our fee if you would like to charge a vehicle.

5. Speed Limit & Vehicle Safety

The maximum speed in the park is 5 MPH. Unlicensed drivers and use of ATVs or dirt bikes are prohibited. Reckless or unsafe driving may result in immediate eviction.

6. Pets

Pets must be leashed at all times (maximum leash length six feet), supervised, and cleaned up after immediately. A maximum of two (2) pets per site is allowed, and aggressive breeds are prohibited. Breed restrictions are American Staffordshire Terriers, Pit Bulls, American Bully, Rottweilers, Chows, Malamutes, Akitas, Dobermans, Mastiffs, Wolf Hybrids, Persa Canarios, Cane Corsos, Chines Shar-pei. Any of these breeds mixed or mutts of unknown breeds are prohibited. Pets may not be tethered unattended or left outside when guests are absent. Violation of pet rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.

7. Children & Safety

Children under 16 must be supervised at all times. Helmets are required for children under 18 when riding bicycles, scooters, or skateboards. Children are not allowed in spa/hot tub areas.

8. Quiet Hours & Conduct

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Loud music, parties, and disruptive behavior are prohibited. Harassment, threats, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

9. Fire & Safety

Only propane barbecue grills and fire pits are allowed. Open flames, charcoal, and wood fires are prohibited. Violations may result in immediate eviction.

10. Site Maintenance & Trash

Sites must be maintained in a clean, organized, and non-cluttered manner. Trash must be disposed of in designated dumpsters, and bulky items may incur additional disposal fees.

11. Prohibited Activities

Commercial business activities, solicitation, unauthorized vehicle or RV maintenance, fireworks, illegal drugs, or firearms are strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in immediate eviction.

12. Alcohol & Cannabis

Alcohol consumption is limited to adults 21 years or older. Cannabis use is not permitted outside RVs or in common areas and must comply with California law.

13. Liability & Waiver

The park is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles, RVs, or personal property. Guests assume all risks for personal injury while on premises.

14. Termination

Management reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests for non-compliance with rules, disruptive behavior, or safety concerns. A 72-hour notice may be issued, and immediate eviction may occur for severe violations.

15. General Compliance

All guests are required to comply with California state laws, local ordinances, and park-specific rules. Guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors and pets, and adherence to all safety and conduct policies is mandatory.
