Whispering Pines RV Park — Reviews

Rated4.0out of 5Great!
Nice campsite, good staff, forcing us to buy your firewood instead of using my own seemed a little nickel and dime to me

Great pool. Very helpful friendly staff. Even scheduled activities for the kids here and there like rock painting and a movie outside! Will definitely be back.

Amazing Family-Friendly Camping Experience! We had a wonderful time! It was our second stay — we had been here over 5 years ago but couldn’t remember the name. Thanks to Campspot, we found it again and loved the experience just as much! The campsite is peaceful, clean, and perfect for families. The pool was spotless and safe for the kids — a great place to cool off and relax. There were fun activities for everyone, not just the kids, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Our dogs were also welcome and had space to walk and play. The staff were friendly, and everything was well maintained. A perfect spot for a fun, relaxing family getaway. We’ll definitely be back again!

It was our last stay at the Whispering Pines RV Park in Mara and from the very beginning we were warmly welcomed by the lovely owner who even offered us some snacks when we checked in. She was super helpful and friendly. On our last night, we unfortunately locked ourselves out of the RV, but her male colleague (husband?) was super proactive and helped us sorting this out so that we didn't have to break into the RV. We were so lucky with those people!! I absolutely recommend this campground!

This is out favourite home away from home! We cannot thank you enough for being part of so many wonderful memories for our family this summer! The Hosts Coni & Carlos are absolutely fantastic and work so hard, their efforts are much appreciated by all who are lucky enough to have enjoyed time here. We can’t wait to come back! We had a great time. Despite the rain trying to ruin our fun. We definitely needed more time. There is so much to do in and around the park. It’s clean and well maintained. The managers and staff have thought of everything. We will be back soon.
