WHISPERING PINES TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

By booking a reservation you agree to these terms and conditions:

Arrival and Departure:

PLEASE REVIEW your confirmation invoice to be certain that your ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE dates are CORRECT.

  • Check-in time is 1:00 p.m.

  • Check-out is 11:00 a.m.

  • Late checkouts will be charged as follows: if not out by 11:15- $20 late fee. 

  • If not out by 1:00pm- charged an additional night rate for your site.

Vehicles - Only ONE RV and ONE tow vehicle allowed per site.  

  • An extra vehicle will be charged $3.00 per day and will need to be parked in overflow parking.  

  • GUESTS visiting must first check in at the office to receive a Visitors Pass for their vehicle.  

  • A visitor Pass is good for one day only. All visitors must depart by 10 p.m. 

PET  OWNERS-  Dogs must remain ON leash unless inside the provided dog park. 

  • If you are caught NOT picking up after your pet(s) while staying here at Whispering Pines, there will be a $50 fine assessed to your site - per offense. 

  • If your dog is caught digging in the dog park or anywhere else, there will be a $50 fine assessed to your site. Dogs must remain ON leash unless inside the provided dog park. 

CREDIT CARDS-

An invalid credit card number or a "declined" credit card will automatically cancel your reservation.

Taxes: An 8% Montana Accommodations tax is applied to all reservations.

Discounts: 10% Good Sam & AAA with # OR Card & Active Military (must be applied at time of booking)

CANCELLATION INFORMATION: PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING!

Please call us if you will be arriving after 8:00 PM.  Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be received at least 14 days PRIOR to your original scheduled arrival date to receive a 75% refund on your reservation.  Cancellations or changes made less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date will receive a 25% refund regardless of when the reservation was made.  Cancellations must be requested in writing (email: wpinesrv@gmail.com).  Early departures & no shows will receive NO refund.

Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we do not give refunds or change our cancellation policy due to the discomforts of nature; including but not limited to: rain, snow, wind, hail, or smoke from fires within our state or beyond.  An early departure for any reason- will receive NO refund.  Cancelling a reservation due to circumstances outside our (Whispering Pine mgmt) control (ie: personal choice, all weather phenomena listed above or road construction/ detours) will follow our standard refund policy listed above.  

Inconsiderate or disruptive guests will be asked to leave without a refund. Guests assume all risk of use and hold harmless Whispering Pines RV Park of all injury, accidents, negligence or acts of nature.    

We cannot always guarantee a specific site.  (unless you LOCKED your site) We will do our best to accommodate your wishes however we reserve the right to change your site number/ location at any time (prior to check-in) without notice. You will receive the same site type & amenities that you reserved.

A FEE MAY BE APPLIED WHEN MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION.
