Good showers and bathrooms. Good sized sites!

Some of the older reviews has us nervous but we were so happy with this campground for our travel trailer. Super easy access from the highway, pull through sites, friendly staff, seamless checkin and hook ups, decent layout and a great view. The playground was a bit bare but that wasn’t a big deal, a quick drive to the splash park was exactly what our toddler needed. Great place!

Easy to find. Showed up late but was easy to get in with code provided.

Site was gravel, no grass, service was good.

The staff is great and very helpful. Sadly the first day a seasonal camper had their dog off leash and attacked our dogs. Management did take it seriously but still had our dogs on high alert the remaining time there. The hookups for the power and sewer are about 30ft apart so make sure you have extensions. Our site 42 had a power box (almost in it), sloped and no trees sadly. It is right off the highway so you will hear highway traffic all day and all night. We won’t stay here again for the price per night. Bathrooms are clean, showers are free which is really nice! Staying here for 1 night is fine but I wouldn’t make it my main camping spot again visiting golden.

My Deluxe pull through was not very level and the sewer pipe was 20 ft from my trailer outlet. And uphill. Site #13

Beautiful camp sites with towering trees. Quiet. Wonderful staff

First of all Camping at Golden was not as expected as no activities were available for elderly and because of mosquitos and other insects we could not even set outside the Campers to enjoy sceneries So we asked if we can leave early the camp manager refused to refund us for the two night remaining Also we had to leave earlier anyway to escape the fire at Jasper So we ended up staying just one night and left at night the second day So we are asking if we can get refund for one night

Nice and clean . Had everything we needed but shade. We had a tent spot without much shade and it was so hot .

Whispering Spruce is an ok RV spot. The restrooms could be in better condition. They are cleaned at 11 am. I showered in the evening and there was dirty standing water in front of the shower. Made the tile floor slippery. Also, 2 police cars showed up at about 10 pm and 2 police got out of their cars to go into the RV park. Don’t know why, but it gave us pause.

Location and the view were spectacular. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely going to go back.

Bathrooms were clean and showers were free. We only did a quick overnight on our way through but enjoyed the spot. Thank you!

The place is next to the highway, which is logistically good but the scenery suffers a bit. The price was fine, the owner a bit hectic, but she attended to all our requests.
