Cancellation Policy

  •   $25.00 fee assessed for cancellations prior to 7 days of your arrival date on non-holiday weeks and weekends.

    • If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date you forfeit 100% of the reservation payment.

  • When using the SITE LOCK feature, this is a non-refundable $15.00 fee.

  • No Refunds on Holiday Weeks, Weekends, and Special Events.

  • No Refunds on Rental Units, at any time (cabins, shelters).

  • No Refunds on Early Departures.
