Cancellations/Refunds:

Our cancellation and refund policy is based on the timing of your cancellation notice prior to your reservation start date.

Daily/Weekly

• More than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date: Full Refund
• Less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date: Refund minus $30 Cancellation Fee
• No refunds, credit, or prorating for early departures under any circumstances

Monthly/Long Term

·      Cancellation of any length of stay that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive full refund

·      Cancellation of any length of stay that are cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will not receive refund

There are No Refunds whatsoever outside of our cancellation policy.
