Whites Creek Lake Campground — Reviews

Lots of traffic and it is not a vacation spot. It is a one night spot to sleep and then be on your way. The area is not pet friendly nor has great facilities.

Nice place by the lake. Several spots are pull through. Very easy to get to the campground. Nice park to take a walk.

So peaceful out there. The price is great, and full hookups.

Very nice quiet park with pretty lake and friendly campers. Bathrooms were a bit far away and sketchy but I’ve seen worse.

Small campground across a small road from a lake. There is public traffic visiting the lake but it still felt quiet and peaceful. Lake has a city park with small and nice playground. Our site (7) needed some leveling tricks, but was easy to get backed into. The power, water, and sewer all worked great. Quiet neighbors. Big picnic table and grill at each site. We camped here to go over to an MSU football game - 30 min east drive. Will definitely book again!!

I do not recommend for a family staying here. Vehicles driving fast, and playing loud music. My wife and daughter was being followed by two men in a car as well. There is no one on site to talk to if needed. The number given to call in not available to be answered at all hours.

Beautiful setting. No amenities for the campground but will be great to visit over the summer.

The neighboring camper was aggressively fighting making the environment very uneasy. I had my 2 young daughters with me and wanted to keep them in the camper and protected. More of a security presence needs to be added.

Pretty, quiet and full hook ups. WI-FI addition is needed.

Site was so unlevel it was terrible! No lights on camp ground! Just a bad situation! Needs lots of improvements on grounds !

We pulled into site 6 and hooked up to the 50 amp connection. Something was wrong with the connection at the pole, and our inverter sparked and smoked. We moved to site 5 and all was fine there with the 50 amp. We informed a parks employee the next day about the problem, hopefully it gets fixed soon. Sites were fine overall

Great place to stay. Arriving at night was very difficult due to very poor signs, map at entrance and campsite markings. Good water, electric & sewer. Location next to lake was very nice. Would stay again if in the area.
