Wildwood Golf & RV Resort Park Rules
Your site number is subject to change prior to arrival without notice; only the RV site type is guaranteed.
Minimum Check-In Age: The minimum age for a guest to check in is 18.
Payment: Full payment will be processed at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Permitted up to 30 days before your arrival. For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your arrival, your payment, minus a $25 cancellation fee, will be returned to your credit card. No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 30 days before check-in. There is no refund for early departures.

Respect your Neighbor: We encourage a safe and respectful environment for your enjoyment and those around you. Abusive or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and can result in eviction without refund.
Quiet Hours: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please show consideration and courtesy to your neighbours by extinguishing fires and all unnecessary noise by 11:00 pm.
Visitors: There is an additional charge of $2.00 per unregistered guest. Unregistered guests are in violation of this rule and are required to leave the Resort. Visitors are required to check in at the office. $2.00 per person fee.
Fires: No wood-burning fires. Propane only.
Golf Carts: Must have insurance; we require a copy for our files. Absolutely no unlicensed drivers allowed to operate a golf cart.
Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted off your site.
Pool: Use at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted. No running, pushing, shoving, jumping, or diving. Children must be supervised at all times. The pool is for registered guests only. Please read all posted pool rules and regulations.
Golf Course: Access to the golf course is permitted only with a valid paid golf receipt.
Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted in any recreational building, office, or restaurant.
Firearms: Firearms, slingshots, air rifles, and fireworks are not permitted.
Garbage: Garbage may be disposed of in the compactor located by the pavilion, and recycling containers are available for use.
Road Safety: Please remember that resort roads are intended for vehicles. Use caution when walking or riding bicycles. The speed limit throughout the resort is 20 km/h.
Peddling, soliciting, and commercial activity are strictly prohibited.
USE AT OWN RISK; INDEMNIFICATION: By making your booking, guests hereby waive, release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Summerhill Resorts Ltd. and any of its affiliates, contractors, present/former and future supervisors, staff, officers, employees, representatives, agents for any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, actions, suits or demands, whether known or unknown, in law or equity, by an individual of any age, or any corporation or other entity, for any and all loss, personal injury, accidents, real or personal property damage, theft, expenses (including legal fees, costs and other expenses for investigation and defense in connection with, among other proceedings, alternative dispute resolution, trial and appellate proceedings) or any other claim arising out of or in connection with the guests’ use of the rental property or any harm of any kind or nature arising out of, or in connection with, the participation in the use of any on site amenities or activities (meaning use of the amenities or engagement in any contest, game, function, exercise, competition, sport, events or other activity operated, organized, arranged or sponsored by Summerhill Resorts Ltd., its contractors or third parties authorized by Summerhill), by said patron, guest or other person, and any of his or her guests and any members of his or her family.
