Policy Information

  • Wi-Fi Network: Willamette Pass Free

  • Internet Upgrade: We also offer higher speed internet for $5 per day.

  • Check-in time: 2:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Please drop key in the box outside of the office when checking out or turn in at the office.

  • Fees: * Early check-in fee of $20.00

    • Late Check-out fee of $20.00

  • Rates: All rates are subject to state and local taxes. All rates are subject to change without notice.

  • Holidays: Subject to Peak Season Rates.

  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age to register.

  • Liability: You will be responsible for any damages to your chalet or furnishings during your stay.

  • Firewood: Available for a small fee of $5.00 bundle.

  • Safety Warning: Please be careful when walking on the property due to spots of ice.

  • Pet Policy: If caught sneaking a pet into a Chalet, there will be a $100.00 cleaning fee charged.

  • Smoking: All Chalets are non-smoking; smoking is allowed however on property.

  • Communication: We are in an area that has no cell coverage unless connected to the Wi-Fi network. There are no working phones on property.

  • Disclaimer: Reservations booked through our third party sites follow the deposit requirements as specified by the respective sites.

  • Deposits: Please review your booking information on the site for details on your deposit.

 

Cancellations

  • 72 Hours or More Notice: Reservations cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Less Than 72 Hours Notice: Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night’s stay.
