Refund Policy

Credit Card Reservations: Refunds for reservations made with a credit card will be processed back to the card on file. If the credit card has expired, the refund will be issued to the user's credit on their guest profile until further notice. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed.

Check Reservations: Reservations paid by check will be refunded via check. Please allow up to two weeks for processing.
