Wonderful people made my stay memorable, fireworks on their lake for the Fourth of July was just the icing on the cake! I helped me find the perfect spot to park with a picnic table. Highly recommend Wilson’s! Thanks for the love while I was there❤️

Great sites on the river! We really enjoyed watching paddlers streaming by during the day. The moon rose that evening and glimmered across the French Broad. We stayed because this the closest well kept campground near downtown Asheville. Like 10 minutes to many locations like the Orange Peel where we had an event (that’s a super place too). There is also Asheville Adventure Company right next door for tubing and kayaks. But the main reason I give this place a five star is because of the service. There’s nobody on site, but emails and texts are promptly answered. Can’t thank Kurt for all of his ongoing help and superior hospitality. We can’t wait to stay again! Stay strong Asheville! ❤️
