I grew up going to Waitts Lake. Back in the 70’s our family had a seasonal spot every summer at this resort. During week days it is quiet and serene nothing move beautiful than the sunset on this lake. Our spot was right on the water and we floated in the lake all day. It’s a Great Lake fish in too. One big suggestion, they need better wi-fi that is available 24/7. It appeared it was cut off at night. During the day, it was weak. I had a guest who was trying to work remotely. MOST resorts and hotels provide this and it should be brought up to modern/common standards.

Loved it. Stayed in dry camping where there was a restroom close by. Bring quarters if you want to use the available pay shower. Park was safe and well patrolled.
