The monthly rate is $408 for full hookup sites in October and November. Days past your month stay will be prorated to reflect the savings. The water to all sites is shut off on October 15th unless freezing temps come sooner. The lack of water is figured in the monthly rate. The shower house will have water and heat until the park closes.
