Refund Policy

Holidays are nonrefundable.

No refunds for unused days.

No refunds for early departures due to the weather.

Campsites

• If a campsite reservation is cancelled 8 or more nights prior to the arrival, 100% minus a $20 Cancellation fee will be refunded. 

• If a campsite reservation is cancelled 3-7 nights prior to the arrival date, 50% will be refunded.

• If a campsite reservation is cancelled 0-3 nights prior to the arrival date no refund will be given.

Cabins

• If a cabin reservation is cancelled 15 or more nights prior to arrival, 100% minus a $30 cancellation fee will be refunded.

• If a cabin reservation is cancelled 8 to 14 nights prior to the arrival date, 50% will be refunded.

• If a cabin reservation is cancelled 0-7 nights prior to the arrival date no refund will be given.
