Was walking distance to beach and cute coffee shop. Showers nice. Clean all around. Close to hiking.

Checkin was quick and easy. Personnel were friendly. Site was clean and level.

I love this campground. It’s right along Lake Superior with a large stretch of the beach. The bathhouses are clean and the showers have plenty of room to move around.

Beautiful spot, people are nice, showers and bathrooms very nice. Campsites are very tight and an hour from Munising for kayaking the pictured rocks.

Great place to stay with dogs. Close to the lake. Big fenced ball field to play in. Clean laundry. Can’t wait till next year

We loved the lake front view, we were in site 11. Both bath houses were clean. Store close by to get water, wood, ice and other necessities. Pack extra sweatshirts and pants even if it is 90 out, because the wind from lake superior is no joke. We went in August and there were very little bugs or mosquitos on our hikes or at our campsite. Of the 7 days there, only one day had the giant flies, and they mostly annoyed us and did not bite. We will be coming back again, had so much fun rock hunting.

Friendly staff, quick walk to the beach, stayed at a rustic tent site and loved it.

Location. Close to town and beach. Can walk to both. Site was large enough to accommodate our fifth wheel.
