The park has easy access for parking an RV. It was quiet. Thank you.

The campsite i rented (#9) did not have an electrical pedestal so the host moved me to site 10 however the water was connected to the sprinkler system so upon approval I used the water connection for spot 11. This location seems to have mostly long term resident and a large homeless population outside the fence. The laundry room was clean but had several out of order washers which I think were replaced the day after I used to laundry room so I think all the washers are working. The pet area is very small and is next to the sand filled children's play area.

No tent sites, even though site offered them. Only paved parking spots with no space whatsoever to put up a tent.

The park was in a noisy area. There were lots of cats running loose from full time residents. The pool was closed and the bathroom sink was broken.

Door codes we were given at registration, di Not work to get us inside to use the shower!! Yes, we were only one night guests, but not being able to use the bathroom/shower room is sad. We're stayed here for several years and only had this problem our first yr.

Hate coming in was very tight. Tight turns to get in. Campers are parked making it tighter. Dumpsters in road to navigate on back rd. Mostly full timers. Rules say you must use jack pads but the wires are not very nice. The rules say dogs can only be walked in the dog park. No where else. Dog park is an open spot if grass by office with an open playground right beside it. And there were what looked like 50 piles of poop not cleaned up tho rules state you must clean up after them. The park was quiet and the lady in office was very friendly. Just not much for the RV part. It’s full timers.

It's an okay place to stay but not a resort. Water and sewer hookups are inconvenient but they get the job done. Sites at narrow and level. Thankfully the park is gated thus keeping the wandering homeless out.

This is more of a permanent RV Park not a camping one. I feel like it should be listed as such. It is not in a good part of town Homeless everywhere very tight gate to get in and out and would not recommend

Getting in and out was a joke. Once parked, everything worked. Don’t expect any thing from manager/owner, doesn’t answer phone and not in office most of time

They were set up to receive me , paper work done--great. The pool was empty- not so great. Spaces were pretty short- not so great. Place was quiet- great. Locked site- great. Very narrow gate to get in and out...ok but scary.

This is an old, poorly maintained and cramped location. The information provided was inaccurate and poorly communicated. The facility is largely long -term residents with a lot of unsightly detritus around older RVs. The wifi did not work. Access is very difficult for anyone with mid to large sized RVs, corners are tight and hard to navigate. The entry gate is extremely narrow , don’t expect to bring a large unit in successfully. The website infers ( with all the regulations they had) that it would be a high end establishment, ie: “all jacks must be on snap-pads”…We were very disappointed and actually tried to relocate to a different RV resort in town, preferring to feel safe somewhere else rather than sleeping here. Unfortunately they had no vacancy. Worst overall experience we’ve had anywhere.

Overall very nice park. Quiet. The entry/exit gate was challenging, but do-able.

Because it was nothing like was advertised. The environment was more suitable for its residents. I left almost immediately after my arrival and was back home Friday evening.

Sawdust debris everywhere. Never got a code for the bathroom access. Had to get out tools to access and turn on water. No handle on faucet. Two large barking dogs tied to picnic table across from us. Very small space. Overpriced for very small unkept space.

We arrived at 4:38 before the office closed at 5, because t no one was there. If it hadn’t been for a girl who lived there giving us the gate code I’m not sure how we would have gotten in. Was woke up at 6 am with a loud explosion and heard a police on a bullhorn. Not sure what was happening.
