Yasgur Road Campground – Terms & Conditions

🕐 Check-In / Check-Out for our RV Sites only

  • Check-In Time: 2:00 PM EST

  • Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM EST

  • Monthly Stays: Guests staying 30+ days must contact our office for more details.

🔥 Campfires

Campfires are welcome in designated fire rings or portable fire pits only. Open ground fires are prohibited.

🚗 Parking

  • One RV and one vehicle per site are included in your reservation.

  • Extra vehicles, trailers, or boats require additional parking and may incur extra fees.

  • Please do not park on grass or in adjacent, unassigned sites.

  • Overflow parking is available—you are welcome to park in the field

📦 Storage & Site Etiquette

  • No storage permitted under your RV or picnic table.

  • Please do not walk through other guests' sites. Use roads and designated paths.

🐾 Pet Policy

  • Leashes Required: Pets must remain leashed at all times.

  • Clean-Up: Always clean up after your pet—failure to do so may result in dismissal without refund.

  • No Aggressive behavior

  • No Unattended Pets: Pets must not be left tied outside or alone in units.

  • Vaccinations Required: All pets must be current on vaccinations.

  • No Excessive Barking: Persistent noise may result in removal without refund.

🚦 Vehicle & OHV Policy

  • NO UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES IN THE WOODS

🌪️ Severe Weather

In severe weather, seek shelter in bathhouses or other marked areas. Bring your pets with you—do not leave them unattended during storms.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

  • Yasgur Road does not offer refunds to any cancelled stays and instead offers a credit for a future stay within the same camping season. Please contact the office at (845) 798-5906 to reschedule your stay. 

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Visitors

  • All visitors must check in at the office, pay any applicable fee, and display a parking pass.

  • Visitors may not bring pets.

  • Day visitors must leave by 10:00 PM EST; overnight visitors by 12:00 PM EST.

  • Registered guests are responsible for the actions and compliance of their visitors.

⚡ Electrical Safety

  • Please monitor your own amp usage (max 50 AMPs). Overloads will trip your breaker.

  • Do not tamper with electrical pedestals—insurance regulations prohibit this. Our maintenance team is happy to assist.

🚻 Restrooms

Restrooms are open 24/7 and cleaned daily. Please supervise children under 18 and help us keep these facilities clean and respectful for all.

🗑️ Trash & Recycling

  • Tie up your trash bags and place them inside designated trash bins—not beside them.

  • Dumpster available on-site for overflow.

  • Do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, or toxic materials.

  • We recycle cardboard and aluminum—drop off at our garage or store.

👧 Children

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

🚫 Drones, Fireworks & Firearms

  • Drones are not allowed on campground property.

  • Fireworks and firearms (including BB, airsoft, pellet guns) are prohibited. This includes sparklers and smoke bombs.

  • Possession or use of these items will result in immediate removal without refund.

🧰 Repairs

On-site repairs to vehicles or RVs are not allowed. We can refer a local mobile repair service upon request.

🚨 Emergencies

  • Emergency contact info is required for monthly guests.

  • If you witness concerning behavior, contact our 24/7 line: (XXX) XXX-XXXX.

  • In case of 911 emergencies, please also notify our office staff if it is safe to do so—we’ll help direct emergency personnel to your site.

⚖️ Liability Waiver

By entering Yasgur Road Campground, you agree to the following:
You release and hold harmless Yasgur Road Campground, its owners, and staff from any liability related to injury, property damage, or incidents occurring on the property. You also assume full responsibility for the conduct and safety of everyone in your group.

We reserve the right to remove, without refund, any guest or group in violation of campground rules—or those subject to lifetime sex offender registration.
