Nice place, washrooms need Some cleaning

Showers and toilets were disgusting.

I didn’t end up staying at this location. The site I was assigned was too small for my RV. There were several buildings with none marked office and I had no cell service. This location made me uncomfortable, so since I was traveling alone I decided to not stay. When I finally had good cell service I called to let the office know why I wasn't going to be there that night. I was told sorry about your experience in a flipped manor. I’m sure this this location is great for others just not me.

Really enjoyed the hot springs. This is situated in a really beautiful spot. The showers were not kept up well (dirty, overflowing trash).

Our stay was amazing. The lodge is clean and comfortable with everything you need. Access to the hot springs is an added bonus. Magen was so helpful and accommodating. The only drawback is the cost, which is a bit pricey.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We wish the lot was a bit less dead and dusty but we spent most of the time at the hot springs, concert at Old Saloon or in Yellowstone so we didn’t spend too much time in the RV park anyway. It was a great location that met all our needs. In the evenings my family watched the elk and pronghorn right from camp. We saw more wildlife in camp than we did all day in Yellowstone. Would definitely recommend.

There was no real wifi service working for guests as was promoted. Service was weak when it was working and that was very seldom. The shower area was dirty and the hot water went out almost immediately with just two guests using at the time. There was no water source in the camping side and water had to be ported from the shower house; there was no designated hose or source visible. We just had to use an available hose from an RV slot. The office was very hard to find and there was no direction signage. There was no ice available for sale and the closest store was about 2 miles away.

Cute little RV park. Loved our stay here. Gave a 4/5 star rating due to having to pay so much money to use the pools.

The impression was that each campsite would have electricity, but that wasn't the case. One of the washing machines was broken. There was construction going on. They didn't enforce the quiet hours. But the hot springs were amazing!

Dirty washroom, dirty laundry room. Dry toilet site is not very flat

It just wasn’t what we thought it would be. The best thing about the campground is the hot springs pool and the rest was ok at best.

Tent spots were super close, and most of the spots were full so not a ton of room. You don’t get to park right at your tent spot and most of the tent spots were down a steep little hill. The grass areas and power gazebo were nice!

Showers in both campground and hot springs area could use improvement. Hooks broken or missing shower curtain. View, however was amazing

No privacy, too many people, bathroom way too far away and needs improvement.
