The pools were ok. Could have been cleaner. The grounds around the pool are very nice. The RV part of the resort are the main reason for the low rating. Most of the buildings are under various stages of abandonment and under construction. We found nails and screws on and around our site. Some of the sites are so close to each other that our neighbors sewer hose was about a foot from our picnic table. Over priced for conditions.

Tent spots were crowded and not very private. Had to park a ways away and carry supplies down which was inconvenient. Bathhouses were on the opposite end of the campsite which was a long walk in the dark. Wifi did not work well even at the pavilion. Didn’t get to use the hot springs but I would’ve thought that they would be included in the price of the stay.

Upon checking in I saw old RV’s on the property, with trash around them, actually it was the view from my RV. There was a crew working on a site directly in front of us with heavy construction equipment, they were bringing in loads of dirt and moving debris; they worked until about 8:45 pm. Very, very noises. We reserved a full hook-up site with 50 amps, but all the sites in our area were only 30 amps. This meant that we could not run both A/C units and the hot water heater. It was an unexpected juggling act.

Great place to stay with stunning views of the Yellowstone River surrounded by mountains! It’s also close to Yellowstone National Park which was a plus for us. The reason I took one star away was due to the condition of the facilities.

I believe the staff of the campground is trying to improve the property, however “resort” is not exactly the word I would describe the property. The views of the Yellowstone River are very good, but the property stills needs improvement. Hopefully the staff will continue to improve on the property and will elevate the status to an actual “resort” destination .

The site was nice, but very crowded. The sites were real close together. No privacy. There was a neat gazebo that had electricity so you could charge your phone while looking out over the river.

Bathrooms were cleaned always during the peak morning hours🤦‍♀️. Why not at 2 or 3 in the afternoon.? But they were nice bathrooms and nice laundry area
