no grass. bathrooms/showers were across the road. thought the hot springs were included with the price. The place is old and tired and needs an update. The river & mountains are beautiful. It could be a prime RV park.

Wonderful view, helpful staff, had to fix a sewer line while there and they did so quickly as possible so not to disturb guest, loved mineral pool and just far enough away from park to relax but close enough to enjoy.

Grounds were clean and the staff was super easy to deal with. Although on Sunday night they paddle locked the washrooms on the electrical side , without warning or without a explanation. The bathrooms were spotless earlier in the day and no where near to being full .

Need some trees and an outhouse in the south campground. For $60 a night at a mediocre campground, soaking should be free

originally booked a night stay with my boyfriend for a day/night to have a purifying and relaxing experience, although it was not too relaxing… completely crowded with loud children jumping and splashing about. they say you have to use headphones if you want music because im guessing they want it to be a relaxing quiet environment for others— however I would have rather listened to other people’s music over screaming and splashing kids. I was looking forward to what was advertised as “relaxing, serenity, and peaceful”. 3 stars because the pools were wonderful and in the morning when it wasn’t as busy we were able to do the cold plunge and then into the hot spring which felt soo rejuvenating. Only wish there was maybe a kids only pool and noise is kept to a minimum for those who actually want a relaxing experience.

Thank you for your feedback. Our Pool Operators are there to maintain the safety and serenity of the springs, and to answer questions, we obviously did not keep up on this day. We should have had the kids do the "Kneipp Walk Challenge", as we have found kids of all ages find it relaxing and quieting. We are grateful you were able to experience the relaxing and renewing elements the next morning of all the pools. We do have plans in the future for an additional pool for adults only.

Came in late and someone was in our reserved spot. Mentioned it to staff the next morning and nothing was done about it. We had to go the the camper and let them know they were in our spot. Had to wait for them to leave so we could move over, which delayed us in getting into Yellowstone. Very frustrating. Other than that is was fine.

The park was clean, however lacked gravel and was a mud pit in areas of the RV Park; particularly the dump station area where NO gravel or grass existed. Unusable due to the enormous mud pit! Easy access to Yellowstone, convenient!
