Everything is always well kept and lots of fun activities. Kids did miss the pedal karts though.

We were supposed to be in a premium spot but it was horrible! There was no shade, it was 95 degrees, the bathroom had no air conditioning, the pools were dirty and the staff was rude!

Campground was clean with friendly staff. Appreciated the daily trash pickup at our campsite. Tent pads were slanted, so we were sliding off of our air mattress each night, but not entirely intolerable, just annoying. The obstacle course was by reservation only and an additional charge pp, which we didn’t realize beforehand. Staff were responsive when asked questions and restrooms/showers were kept pretty clean. Appreciated the family atmosphere and my son looked forward to the ice cream truck each evening!

Not the cleanest Sun outdoors resort we’ve been to. I blame a lot of that on the guest, water bottles & chip packages laying in the road. The bathhouse showers have a layer of black mold in them. They do have trash pickup daily but the whole place is just untidy. Some decent site maintenance would go along way.

Absolutely amazing!!! Can’t wait to come back!! Love this place & so did my family.

We had a lot of fun swimming in the pools and the beach area. The bath areas and grounds were kept clean.

Jelly stone was run. My kids enjoyed it a lot. There was a few things I wish were different tho. We don’t know you had to pay to do the water obstacle course. I found it odd this wasn’t included. Also the bathrooms near our near ultimate camp site had cold only water for the showers. We also thought that was odd and needs to be alerted on the map. The camp site was good but with it being new and all the rain, the mud sucked. I understand it takes time to get the grass to grow. Also the spicket was in a terrible spot. It was on the concrete right next to the tents and on the edge so you were unable to place anything of size there to collect water without having to hold it the whole time. Off the side into the grass would have been a better spot. My husband also said the water smelled like chemicals. So we didn’t drink from it. There were a ton of people so the bathrooms were rarely clean. But I understand that with the amount of people there were. Otherwise it was awesome. We will def come back. Maybe rent and rv next time tho as it rained every day we were there.

I love the campground overall. I just wish they would make sure each cabin had some essentials, like a can opener and colander. The food bar was not ready for us to come have lunch. They were not sure what supplies they had or how to cook them. We worked out what we could purchase but I am not sure one corndog should cost 5 bucks. We love the staff and I hope they work out the bumps before the season picks up.

The place wasn’t kept up since it was off season. Should have a discount for off season. Tried to play putt putt golf but it wasn’t clean. Leafs all over the course. Places where it was falling apart. No pools open. The park was mostly empty and she gave us a tight spot to camp. Tree limbs hitting the top of the trailer getting in. Couldn’t make the sharp turn to get in. Had to back up a few times. We gave the correct length of our trailer and it’s long. Would have been fine for a smaller trailer. We won’t be back.

Generally good amenities. Office hours were short (check in at 2 pm but office classes at 4:30pm), waivers requires permission to use photos and videos - I had to request a manager as I refused to sign which they did, but seemed surprised, quite a few seasonal/permanent trailers which I want expecting. Fair amount of garbage around and Lots of Golf carts and other vehicles driving too fast. Staff needed to be more present to justify expense.

Very kind staff and other campers! Didn’t get to experience all the amenities since we were a bit off season, but still a great time with what was available for the kids. Safe and clean.

we pulled in about 930 at night and the neighbors next to us had spread into our campsite so we did a couple loops until we confirmed that it was our site They had music playing till 1115 at night In the morning, we discovered the two closest bathrooms were locked and closed for the season and when I called the front desk, they apologized that they should’ve let us know. we finally found the open bathroom when we saw other campers going there across the park. The 50 amp breaker has seen better days and could only support 32 A. wish we had stayed at the national park instead

For our first stay at Jellystone, I’m disappointed. I made reservations for my little family to stay in the Huckleberry house back in July. The weekend before we were supposed to go, they called me to tell me we were being moved somewhere completely different. Mind you, my whole family was staying in another huckleberry house and we was not like we planned. We were suppose to be together. We got to the other cabin… the floors were disgusting(turned our feet black), the coffee pot was never washed, there was old coffee in it and water, someone else’s body wash still in the shower, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. For the money that is paid to stay there it wasn’t up to my expectations. We want to make this a family tradition for my three year old daughter, maybe next year will be better…

The women's bathroom was not cleaned in the 5 days we were there. We told the office 2 times. Part of stall no toilet paper. Sights were very clean but most lean quite a bit. Great park for kids.

Kids had a great time with the activities. Premium sites are nice. Campground can be a little chaotic at times.

We had so much fun! The facilities are well kept and some newly updated. Cabin 32 needs a new futon mattress. Nature aka a skunk visited our cabin at 1am and maintenance answered the call and came quickly to confirm it wasn't a chemical leak or anything else. We loved craft time and the pool/slash pad!
