Lots of activities, it was not crowded. Staff was nice. Water everywhere was like bath water. Loved camping in July.

We stayed at this campground recently and were disappointed by several recurring issues that made our visit less enjoyable than expected. One of the biggest concerns was campground safety and etiquette not being enforced. The posted speed limits were often ignored, especially by guests in gas-powered golf carts, which were not only loud but driven fast enough to be unsafe, particularly with so many unaccompanied children running throughout the property at all hours. Kids frequently cut through occupied campsites, showing little awareness or respect for personal space. Cleanliness was another major issue. The bathrooms were extremely dirty throughout our stay — hair clogged the drains, dirt and sand covered the floors, and toilets were backed up more than once. It got so bad that we even called the after-hours number to report the state of the facilities, but unfortunately, the situation didn’t improve. The pool had mildew along the edges, and the splash pad was slippery with visible algae, making it a potential safety hazard for children. These are high-traffic areas that really need daily maintenance and cleaning. To top it off, quiet hours were not respected. We heard loud groups talking and playing music well into the night, with no apparent staff intervention. Combined with the constant noise from golf carts and people cutting through sites, it was nearly impossible to relax or get a good night’s sleep. This campground clearly has potential — the layout is nice, and the location could be great for families. But without better rule enforcement, improved cleanliness, and more attentive staff, it falls short of providing the safe, enjoyable experience campers should expect.

The primitive campsites are not kept up well. They were completely muddy and when it rained the site was unusable. Between berries dropping from the trees and the mud everything was a mess. The sites are also far away from bathrooms. If you stay in a cabin or RV the campground is generally clean and there’s lots to do for kids. The primitive sites need more attention.

While in the Campspot app for Jellystone. I was 99.4% positive I had selected a pull-through site. However I called to request a closer spot to a bathhouse and learned that my original site was a back-in no big deal but they switched it to be closer to a bathhouse which was great. The staff was helpful and polite over the phone and in person. The campsite grill however was completely full of charcoal from previous campers which I had to clean out the best I could. The fire pit grill was bent and unusable, wasn’t able to move it over top of the fire. Plenty of things to do outside of the campground if the outdoors is your cup of tea.

We were super impressed with how nice everything was. Will definitely be back!

About half of the workers directly inside the check in/ reservation area are rude, camp ground map with street names does not match the actual road names which makes it confusing trying to find your spot

We have stayed here several times and loved it however it seems to have gone downhill a bit. The grass needed mowing, and the bathhouse was disgusting. We reserved and paid for an ultimate site. On the description on the site, it says all but 4 are pull-through and gives the numbers of those sites. I reserved one that was pull-through but received a back-in site. It was no big deal for me but a person was trying to get back in beside me and he ended up leaving. I will say, the staff was very nice though very young (I don't think I saw an adult on staff the entire time I was there. We had our grandchild with us and she loved the morning crafts. In closing, I sure hope they get their act together and clean the place up. It's such a great place to go but will lose business in a hurry by not doing the little things well.

There is so much for the kids to do to keep them busy. The wibit was their favorite activity!

We love everything about our stay at Jellystone.

I give this rating, because I've never had a Campground request Pet Paperwork, which was not disclosed fully on Campspot. There Rules and Regulations are different from there actual website, which is false advertising on Campspot. There non disclosure of it on Campspot caused me to Board my dogs 30 miles away in Bowling Green. A major inconvenience to those who don't book directly on there Website. Great Value though within the park, excellent for families with kids. The Kids will get out of your hair and go get lost.

We were generally satisfied with everything. A :few suggestions: List places to seek shelter during severe weather, maybe as part of your check-in package; also list the trash pickup arrangement there. One more suggestion: Indicate entry to the camp store can be done through the admin building. Thank you.

The campground was clean and quiet. The bathrooms were very clean. The tent lots were roomy. The steps up to the bathhouse from Amish way needs repaired. I was not offered to buy firewood at check in.

Whole campground was neat & clean. The bath house was the cleanest we've ever used. Our grandson thoroughly enjoyed the playgrounds. Very relaxing & quiet environment. We will definitely visit again.

Lot was very unlevel, the sewer connection was broken and their lawn people chose to mow around our site at 7am! Not a relaxing vacation to get woken up that early!

Everyone and everything was very nice. The camp was clean and the bath houses were very clean. There was a lot for the kids to do that was included. The only thing was the camp store had very short hours.

Had some issues with the bathroom in the cabin, which resulted in us moving to another cabin, that was bigger and they gave us a Golf cart to offset our travel between our other party who was in a RV.

Always a great time during their holiday weekends.
