All of the roads are basically dirt. Mostly seasonal sites and therefore the lawns are not mowed. Probably the least appealing campground I have stayed at. I would not return

Lack of wash houses for our popup camper. There were only a couple of wash houses at this facility, and none of them were conveniently located near the RV sites. This was clearly a facility where the private cabins were the priority.

The park is beautiful in October! The staff is so friendly and welcoming! The. Restrooms are clean, hot showers and the laundry room is clean, the machines are clean and in great condition. This park is a great place for families!

Not a lot of guided activities for kids. The two person kayaks only had two and were always being used during our stay. The bathrooms near the pool where very dirty, toilet clogged and just run down.

Stayed here for the first time. The cabins are very nice. Unfortunately they clear cut the area where most of the cabins are, and the cabins are packed in very close. The AC in the cabin was not cooling at all when we arrived. The problem, I quickly found, was that the campground has never cleaned the air vents on the AC. It was completely clogged with dust, like a wooly blanket. I washed the filter and the AC started working much better, actually cooled the unit. This was an omen - the campground has nice stuff but the staff just don’t care. Expect staff speeding way above their own speed limit, driving the wrong way down one way roads, and otherwise completely ignoring the guests and rules. Unlike other jellystones, we received no schedule and never saw any activities except a golf cart parade. My overall feeling is they think that by putting in nice cabins and a waterpark they can charge top of the link prices, but they’re not bothering to make the rest of the experience match. We’ll go next time to a different Jellystone, like Glen Ellis.

I would definitely not recommend going to here in off peak season. You can see the potential the site has, but it did not live up to expectations. Nothing was open. The pool, the ranger station, even mini golf was closed. The wording on the website also made it quite unclear. At this site in particular, you are really dependent on the weather to do fun stuff with kids outside of the site. On the positive side the people were very friendly. The cabin was quite nice and cozy. The infrastructure was there to have a nice time, but the execution by the site was poor.
