Why did we have to deal with mud in our deluxe spot? There was no gravel then it rained and we had mud. We complained nothing was done. The water is rust color from the tap? When asked they said it has iron in the water? Is this safe? I would think not especially for children. The water needs immediate attention. So many rules at the campground but we had a generator run all night for two nights we were there. No campers actually at the site just there stuff left. Why?

Hi there, thanks for your review and feedback. Our water is well water. This is tested every month and meets the standard and is safe for our campers. We do offer bottled water for those guests that may not feel comfortable. We are saddened to hear your experience didn't match your expectations and will pass along your feedback to our staff!

We really enjoyed our Halloween weekend at jellystone. Even though it rained, there was still plenty of stuff to do.

The camp equipment is outstanding. The location also is very nice and close to the cranberries fields. The staff is welcoming. Some are not really aware of the activities in the area. We were in a tent and in that season in Massachusetts it means cold. So the hot showers were a delight. The only really negative point was the noise of the road that could be heard within the tent, even in the middle of the night.

This campground is being renovated. I can appreciate the investment and effort because at the end of the day, this will be an amazing campground especially for kids. However, the value isn’t quite matched to the price. Our sewer hook up was 9 inches off the ground. So we had to walk the hose multiple times at each clean out because, ya know, gravity. We were in an area with no amenities for kids after 5pm. To get to the pool, playground, arcade, etc you had to go through a gate that we didn’t get a code to and was not staffed after 5pm. To access these things during business hours (+$60 per day), plan on renting a golf cart if you are put in a site in the new area; it’s a trek for kids. Like I said, it will one day be fantastic but they should consider offering discounts until it’s at that point.

Unfortunately we were never notified of the construction that was happening. Everywhere in the park had large machinery. We were woken up everyday around 7:30 from it. It was frustrating to pay full price for absolutely nothing. The playground didn’t open until our second day and it was fantastic, but we had to walk through the construction which included poles tipped sideways held from falling by a strap. The mini golf course and ice cream stand were also closed. We ended up leaving early because it wasn’t worth it to stay. I will say our site was large and level and had a really nice patio. I hope that once the construction is done that this park will be a place worth staying, but I won’t be back anytime soon.
