It was a wonderful experience; my family came back very happy, and we are already planning to return. The service is exceptional.

The kayak area was a free for all with no organization or supervision. The kayaks are nit maintained and there are not enough paddles. People fight each other to get whatever they can to utilize the area. The water slide areas should have more rules that are enforced in the water Large kids jump onto swimmers with no regard.

Beware if you rent a cart. Rideshare to town, our cart was re-rented and gone when we got back after office closing. Gets better, happened again the very next day!! Staff is well-intentioned and adept at service recovery. Better processes would lead to improved customer service. Overall- nice campground for families with young children

Restrooms should be cleaned more often. Men’s room had no hand soap for 3 days.

Beautiful campground and cabins with many activities to keep kids busy. Cabins well maintained and clean. Kids loved the swimming lake and pool. Service at concession stand was slow - they need more help for the number of campers. We had terrible weather, so we look forward to another trip where we can enjoy the campground more. We've been at other Jellystone Parks where the service is so much better! Clay's needs to improve service to make this a 5 star resort.

Really nice campgrounds and big. Stayed firt weekend in November, so most of the amenities were closed, but the park was still great. Restrooms were clean. We will definitely be back!

Great park for kids if you take advantage of the Adventure/Water Park. Standard site, 30 amp and water was a bit pricey for what you got if you didn't use the Adventure/Waterpark. Upon arrival, we found the fire ring littered with trash and the picnic table moved far from our site. A call to the office quickly remedied the situation. Campground is clean, quiet and located a short distance from highways and towns. Lots to explore in the area as well. We'd stay there again.

The cheapest sites aren’t cheap in price, but dang if they are cheap anyways. Gravel pad full of weeds, barely wide enough for smallest of campers, muddy tire tracks several feet from the pad that made the “lawn” of the site useless, we got moved from our original site for this reason. Be prepared for the seasonal campers taking attitude with nearly everything you do (I mean, why would those “weekenders” wanna camp on the weekend only anyways) and be prepared for drunken revelry until 1 or 2 am all over the park, and staff that simply says “oh yeah, that’s Bob, we can’t mess with him, he’s been seasonal here for years” (insert the name of basically every seasonal camper that has been there more than a year…) . Not even to mention the many areas of the park that aren’t mowed, have dead trees, or rotted out fire rings, or litter that remained in the same spots for the whole weekend stay (I’m guessing I cleaned more of the park than the park staff did). Long short of it all. 2 and not 1 stars because at least this year the lake wasn’t closed for to failed material tests (even if it was only indicated as clean according to a piece of paper electric taped to a tree….)

Our cabin was awesome, location was great. If it wouldn't have rained Saturday we would have got to enjoy a lot more. We will definitely return.
