Excellent accommodations and plenty of kid approved activities! Can’t wait to return.

Other than the rain we really enjoyed all the improvements you’ve made and continue to do… we already booked for Memorial Day and plan fall festival visits.

To be honest, I can’t wait for Jelly to come in and take full responsibility for this location. This location still carry’s the mindset of Clays. I feel the owners should stay a few nights in lake view and get a true feel for the weekend guest experience. The staff is really nice but in great need of more support. Not enough people to cover the entire ground. My site was not cleaned before or after me asking for help. The front desk tried to help, but was unsuccessful . So I give credit for the staff that tried. Overall, this place has great potential, and I look forward to the new beginning. wish they would incorporate signs to direct traffic on where you can and can’t park and exit within the park. My family was most concerned with the spikes at the gate, as that could have ended badly for us. So many things to say, but not enough space. I hope this helps improve the grounds that I see has so much potential. I look forward to future growth, as I see it comes alive for the kids.

One of the cabins I reserved had No AC, (turns out it was broken beyond repair) I went to office and requested maintenance...no response, no phone call advising me status. By 7:30pm, I left several vm, again, no response. My other guests had to sleep on the floor of my other cabins. Had to go to office again the next morning and request another cabin and refund. I managed to get another cabin, but never heard from management regarding the issue....

We pulled RV into resort & my husband was told to back it out to go in. A difference w Entry- it was a holiday weekend & cars were jam packed trying to get in. They offered no assistance and it was a nightmare- then same thing happened to my parents in their RV.

Very Clean, so many activities for kids to do. Our campsite was great and spacious. We will definitely be back!

Electricity was not hooked up!
