The main pool was closed every single day of our 5-day stay except for one day. Excuse was no lifeguard. I understand because of insurance however call somebody in to work it, or the manager can do it a lot of complaints from everyone staying there about the pool not being open. Other than that overall pretty great employees very friendly the kids loved it except for the pool being closed
