Terms & Conditions

  • Smoking Policy: Prohibited inside all buildings, cabins, the pool area, the outdoor theater, and any area where second-hand smoke may disturb others. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in designated receptacles.

  • Fireworks & Weapons: Only legally licensed firearms are permitted on the premises. Fireworks are strictly prohibited.

  • Quiet Hours: Enforced nightly from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Amplified sound must be turned off, and noise must not travel beyond your site boundary. If a resort activity runs past 11:00 PM, guests must return to their campsites within 15 minutes of its conclusion.

  • Golf Carts: Must be registered at the front office with proof of insurance on file. Operators must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.

  • Vehicle Parking & Passes: Each RV site accommodates up to two vehicles and one RV, strictly on the designated parking pad (no parking on grass or vacant sites). Overflow parking is available in designated areas via inquiry at the Ranger Station. Parking passes must be displayed at all times.

  • Child Supervision & Safety: Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in all resort areas (including the pool) and must be at their campsite during quiet hours (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

  • Campfires: Permitted only in site fire pits or the theater fire pit, and must never be left unattended. Only wood and charcoal may be burned (firewood bundles are available at the Ranger Station).

  • Pool Guidelines: Proper swim attire is required (no cut-offs or street clothes). Children 14 and under require adult supervision. Non-potty-trained children must wear swim diapers. Swim at your own risk; lifeguards may not always be present.

  • Speed Limits & Traffic: The resort speed limit is 7.5 MPH. Pedestrians, bicycles, and pedal karts have the right-of-way over all motorized vehicles and golf carts.

  • Waste & Tank Dumping: Emptying grey water or sewage onto the grounds violates state law and is strictly prohibited.

  • Recreational Vehicles & Equipment: Skates, rollerblades, skateboards, and scooters are prohibited on covered porches. Dirt bikes and ATVs are not allowed anywhere on resort property. Only ADA-compliant electric scooters are permitted for guests with mobility needs.

  • Laundry Facilities: Outdoor clotheslines are not permitted. Laundry machines are located in the Longhorn Breezeway area.

  • Alcohol Policy: Permitted in moderation at your campsite. Off-site beer and wine must be in plastic or aluminum containers—no glass containers are allowed outside your site. State laws apply.

  • Pet Policy: Limited to cats and dogs only (maximum of 2 per site without management approval); service animals are exempt from restrictions. Aggressive breeds (Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Chows) and aggressive animals are prohibited. Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after, and kept within site boundaries. Pets are excluded from the pool, bathhouses, Ranger Station, Garden Tent sites, and non-pet-friendly rentals.

  • Jumping Pillow: Open from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Guests jump at their own risk. No flips are allowed. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
