This was our second time at Jellystone and thou the park is nice the bathrooms needed attention by Sunday evening and the bartender was left on her own Sunday which led to her tending to multiple guests . Friday night when we arrived the bar area had a lot of staff enjoying themselves in the bar area during the dj dance party . If there could be other events geared towards teens and pre teens that would be great .

Everything was great with the amenities and the sites. The facilities were well kept and clean. We enjoyed having options of activities to do. The size of the resort made it exhausting to walk back and forth from one activity to the next. Bikes or a golf cart are a must if you don’t want to drive your vehicle around everywhere. The only complaints we had was that the two full days we were there the water park was closed because the lifeguard called in. A backup lifeguard should be required, and also we couldn’t get ahold of anyone at the front desk to let us know why it was closed. Our kids unfortunately were only able to enjoy the water park for only an hour and a half before we had to check out (the water park was the whole reason for staying there. Other than that in inconvenience it was a great place and the fact we could let our older kids wander around the resort and not have complaints about them being alone was amazing.

We had a great stay at Jellystone, and so did our grandchildren!! We loved the location of our site, and when we return next year, we would love the same site 346 or even across from it in 356!! It was convenient for us elders 🤣 We did ALL the things offered, and felt the prices were good! Highly recommend staying at Jellystone!!

Absolutely NO WiFi or phone service at my campsite 021.. my phone was roaming the entire time and I had no service to send text or phone calls.

Only problem was spotty wifi, meant the arcade was down, no network connection. Which also meant, pandora music didn’t work at our campsite. Otherwise, we had a great time.

It was a great stay, and I know this wasn't Jellystone 's fault, but the Internet went down for an entire day. However, nothing was done to try and make that right. Other than that, everything was great!

This campground was clean, spacious & had a LOT of things to do! With playgrounds, water features & scheduled activities... including a free movie, I would recommend this to anyone with a family!

WiFi was non existent. Poor office staff trying to ring up customers with no WiFi. Unacceptable by the owner company. Resort would be great if you put pressure on the carriers to get you fiber or starlink.
