The site was level, everything worked but the trash cans in the gym were overflowing and never emptied and the men’s bathrooms in the gym was borderline disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned or restocked in quite a while.

Excellent place!

The campground was pretty nice and clean until you visited the bathroom so the two weeks we wh r re there they we not cleaned and out of paper the floors were not cleaned and that is where I you shower the laundry room was not cleaned or the trash was not taken out the whole time we also had no street lights on they had them but didn't use them it's very scary to walk at night even with a flashlight because of black bears that did visit the neighbor when we were there

Overcrowdied, hundreds of unsupervised children out on their wheels at all times never watching for cars, loud music until midnight from the Texans across from us, serious lack of staff. This is a decent place to stay in winter when the park is largely empty, but holiday weekends are a disaster!

Great location. Very well kept and easy plenty to do. Gated resort so very safe. We will be back.

The train right behind our camper kept me and the kids up most of the night, it was so incredibly loud. Otherwise the amenities and the staff were great!!

Bathrooms were in rough shape, many closed for maintenance, some did not lock, so while I did knock every time, no answer, I ended up walking in on a couple people in compromising positions.... Also we had a bit of trouble with the bowling alley, but eventually got that resolved.

The resort is very clean. The water park was amazing. Staff is super friendly. I stayed in a cabin that had some missing items and broken utensils. The shower was also not clean-there was some kind of blue liquid on the floor of the shower.

We had to wait 40 minutes to get our propane tank filled when we asked three times for someone to meet us at the propane! There was no Wi-Fi or cable! The erosion control was out of control! Rocks everywhere, weeds overgrown, poop at the dog parks Grass not mowed! Bathrooms constantly locked without toilet paper or paper towels being refilled! Bowling closed and broken down all weekend, arcade no winning allowed no refunds allowed! Music at the pools not working! VERY DISAPPOINTED, compared to the four years— multiple times a year— gold Jelly Stone member— this stay resulted in us canceling our next stay at Jelly Stone in August to go elsewhere!

We have been coming here for four years—multiple times per year. This year; there was no WiFi, no cable, bowling closed, Arcade EXPENSIVE and CANT WIN, weeds throughout landscaping(not maintained), rocks from campsites all over the street and not sweep up(kids falling while riding scooters or bikes—because they are hitting rocks), bathrooms, constantly locked, and no toilet paper stocked! We canceled our second planned trip in August because of how disgraceful this campground has been kept up! To be a Jelly Stone gold member, and to come here quite often it has gone downhill!

All fine, great resort, a bit loud next to Interstate

Last time we came to visit was 4 years ago. It seems to have expanded capacity and amenities have not changed. The Water Park on the weekend was over crowded, bowling alley never had all lanes working.

It started out that no one answers the phone at the resort or the call center. After 10 failed attempts to get a hold of them by and 10 more from my husband. I eventually tried email but only got 1 reply and nothing more. All I wanted to do was ren a gold cart or even ask about bringing our own. Then when we get checked in I tried to rent a cart but they were all sold out (supposedly as there were 20 out in the parking lot) I left and the next day my husband wanted to go see if maybe one was available. Still none were with 20 still in the lot. Oh but they they lady at the destination who delt with me both days finally put us on the cancelation list only because my husband showed her that we had tried to call. We won't be staying again.

The resort remains understaffed, cramped and crowded. If it wasn’t conveniently located near where our son lives, we’d definitely find someplace else to stay.

The age appreciate kid friendly amenities are amazing. There is always something going on for all ages. The scenery is amazing. We had deer out our back every morning. 2nd year in a row same time. Will be a yearly. Except for a little mishap with broken concrete patio, everything was wonderful. Spent a week. Nanny and Papa time rotated between 12 of 15 grandchildren. Never a dull moment.

Great place with very nice staff. We’ll definitely be back!
