Mark Twain Jellystone Park

Place was way more outdated than advertised. Some amenities didn’t work and when asked about weren’t given any resolution.

When I checked in after I got to my room I let the front desk staff know that the bathroom door was not working in my bathroom. They said they would send someone up to fix it. Next day, same scenario, made contact with the staff at front desk again, door was never fixed during our four day stay. Upon checkout I mentioned it again that the door was never fixed, the staff's response was "oh we don't fix things until the person has checked out". So we had go go all week with a bathroom door that wouldn't close. The water park water was green and dirty on the water slides. No ice cream all week at the facility (water park of cartoon cafe). The laser tag couldn't be played on the laser tag field because of technical issues. The kids were very disappointed in the activities (or lack of) this year. The staff seemed bothered every time we asked for anything or chose to do a scheduled activity. We have been coming to Mark Twain Jellystone Park for many years and this is definitely not the same place it was in previous years. We were very disappointed with multiple items this year with no resolutions per the unconcerned staff that were working.

Activities and the pool were run down, you can tell when something breaks it doesn’t get fixed. The camping spots themselves were phenomenal. A younger staff member was also very disrespectful, I had an issue that required a manager and when the younger staff member stepped into the other room to speak with the manager in regards to my issue she didn’t realize my teenager was sitting right next to her, she saw every eye roll and heard a few disrespectful comments.
