It's a nice facility and we enjoyed our stay. I would have liked to had a playground area for the younger kids and better power management as we lost power several times. I know it was the draw of everyone's A/C's and power but it seemed like it could have been handled better than having to flag down employees on their carts. I would stay here again, but maybe not for the 4th of July, we stayed for a week. Arcade was good, jump pillow was fun, the slides could have been better, the washing facilities were nice. We had a large fifth wheel and could have had a better exit, it was a pull through but layout isn't great for large rigs on the exit.

Over all weekend was great. Only disappointment was trick or treating on Friday not Saturday as usual. Made anyone coming in on Friday rush to complete setup for camping and decorating. Also Halloween costume was different than last year and the did not have a speaker so we had no clue what was bending said while sitting at golf cart.

We did not have any water available, even though we paid for full hook ups. Someone finally came around to ask about it the day we were all leaving.

Pool and splash pad were closed but no notice was given. Bears (staff) also didn’t follow schedule for bear at flag poles and breakfast.

The Staff was perfect. The only issue was the wi-fi was not available due to no signal. We were in the Safari tent which we loved, just could not get the Wi-Fi.
