The staff was really nice and attentive.

We had an amazing time. The cabin was so cozy and had everything we needed. The staff were all very kind and friendly. My kiddos had a blast with all of the activities!! We love Jellystone!!

Off season, overnight on our was threw. staff was very friendly, but everything closes early.

It was a great time. Can’t wait to do it again .

Although I signed in on-line and the charge was on my credit card, we arrived after hours and there was no paperwork - thus no code to get in. Luckily we knew our site so finally got someone to let us in. We were only there one night so didn't have the opportunity to use the other amenities.

Friendly staff and a very clean park!

Amazing campground for kids! Our first time experiencing Halloween in the USA, and the campground really takes it to the next level.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay! It was a quick getaway to end summer. There were lots of activities going on and amenities throughout. The only thing I would say since we were in a cabin is to pack the things you need and have them. There are very limited items stocked there and so you really need to be prepared to go without or plan ahead and you won't have to. Also don't count on having wifi. It's a Campground so you won't miss it but if you rather be connected with all the conveniences, prepare to bring your own hotspot. Staff was friendly and having the Cafe to order by pool was a nice convenience. Some updates could be made throughout the property but we would do this again.

The bed had dirty socks and the blinds in bed room had holes in them. Not comfortable with that. But I enjoyed the pool five star.

Golf carts in rough shape. Staff more worried about who might have snuck in to the pool without a wristband than the fireworks going off in the campground on Saturday night or the teenagers ripping up and down the road in golf carts in the dark blasting rap music at 11 PM. There was also loud music coming from one of the campsites, and no one bothered to do anything about it. They do not escort you to the site. Good luck finding your way around, especially if arriving after dark. Events and other things going on or just posted on the door instead of printing it out and giving it to each check-in. So unless you want to stand there and write it all down or take a picture of it with a camera pretty much don’t know what’s going on, which didn’t seem to be much. The wagon ride was a waste of time don’t bother doing it. Thought maybe it would be a tour of the park, but it wasn’t thought. Maybe they would use that opportunity to talk about the park and different things that we’re going on, but that wasn’t it either again don’t waste your time, we stayed at a jelly stone and Luray Virginia. Beautiful campground, lots of activities. Well maintained well organized. Pelahatchie didn’t hold a candle.

The cabin didn’t have internet or reception at all. The ice machine in the fridge didn’t work as well. Lots of maintenance and updating needing to be done. There was a hole in the wall of the bathroom. Maintenance guy had to come to get basic television working. The experience could be better for the price paid to stay here. To be the biggest and supposed to be most amenities cabin wise, there could be a lot of improvements.

Everything was fun and great with the park itself. So many fun things to entertain the kids. However, intoxicated adults with bottles of wine and ice chest of beer all day long at the pool was such a turn off. One employee when she was out at the pool would tell them they had to get out of the pool at least with their drinks but no one else made them. It was very dissatisfying for our family and could possibly cause us to not return. This could be a safety hazard plus. I saw them leaving and driving in a park FULL of children.
