Fun relaxing family atmosphere!!

Everything was overpriced for the middle of Arkansas. It was too expensive. With how spread out things are, you had to purchase golf cart use to get around if you came in an RV. The showers and bathrooms were dirty.

there was no coffee pot in our cabin, nor were there adequate kitchen utensils...ie: a small skillet not large enough to prepare a meal in. The beds were extremely uncomfortable....next time we will bring a topper, it literally felt like we were sleeping on box springs :( and the LR TV would not access cable. Fortunately, the one in the bedroom worked. But the kids had a good time, waterpark and pool was fun!!

Great campground to take kids close to home.

Overall clean restroom and nice area well taken care of. Had to request a camp spot change because ours didn’t have a picnic bench like it stated. Firewood we purchased wouldn’t burn until it had been dried in the fire for about a hour and a half. Friendly staff and nice fishing spots.

Almost all of the activites that were posted on the Facebook page for the Mardi Gras event did not happen. There were hardly any staff on site during our stay which was 3 nights. One of the staff members that we did interact with was very rude. We usually love this place and have been multiple times, but this trip was a complete waste of money. Wish we had gone somewhere else.

Booked t18 with a large group of friends in the next couple locations. They moved me to t11 , saying the computer did it. They “called” the couple that was supposed to stay at t18 the night AFTER and they said they would switch. Mid day the next day, the couple came to t18 saying the staff never called.. We all went to the front, and the staff blatantly lied, said they didnt (which they did tell me they called) and was not making it easy. I asked if its ok, we just move my tent to one of my friends and give them 18 to make it easy, they approved We packed everything up, moved, finished another day. Dont you know we did all that, just for the couple to leave in the AM the next day?? We did all that for them to sleep for 1 night!!! Pathetic, non helpful, also people in cafeteria were rude as hell to a kid, about cheese curds, It took an HOUR for them to give the kids cheesecurds and chicken tenders. Insane.

The water slides/pool and Halloween activities are fantastic. We stayed in travel trailer on site 308 which had a beautiful view of the lake; but, the sites are gravel and are not close to being level front to back and side to side. Overpriced for conditions.
