Jellystone Park Warrens — Reviews

Jellystone was way understaffed because the High School employees had left for the season. Most activities were cancelled. I feel we should have been notified of the problem at the time of booking. If we had known this was happening, we would not have booked our stay.... especially not at full pricing.

The water park and walkways were worn out. The cement step was broken walking up to the water slides. Staff was sparse and only lifeguards were seen throughout the park. The foot pool games were missing balls, the adult hot tub was broken, little kids were allowed in the other hot tub and they were throwing grass in the water. The atmosphere was a free for all. Staff used to man the mini golf stand and now the clubs and balls were just left outside and people took them back to their sites so we weren’t able to gold either. It was a lot of money for limited amenities including the wifi wasn’t working and neither did the CAT tv.

The campground is great. The sites are great. The activities are great however there’s room for improvement. Mini golf is outdated and needs a refreshing cleanup. The lazy river had very few inner tubes to use Garbage’s were overflowing at the pool daily

Everything was perfect! So much to do we didn't get to do everything.

Bunk beds not made for adults with cheap, camp mattresses. Absolutely no hooks to hang anything including wet towels. Parking was difficult for a mini van, we actually got stuck because of incline and gravel. Checkin-they didn't give me the key, then got locked out. They did send someone promptly to open the door. He said it happens all the time. We brought food, there was no where to set it except on the floor. Neighbors drove around on golf carts blasting loud music at inappropriate times.

The cabin was not what stated on the website and very dirty.

Our family had a great stay this week at Jellystone! We stayed in a ranger cabin that was modern and comfortable. My kids really enjoyed all the activities. I appreciate the app to follow activity schedules. We will definitely be back! A few suggestions for improvements would be to hold higher expectations for friendly customer service for teen staff, add some hooks in the cabin bathrooms (for towels, ect), and mix up the tunes on the "Jellystone Radio" channel (they got really repetitive). Overall a great stay!

The bath house nearest our sight had no showers working any of our three days. We found the restrooms to be inadequately or infrequently cleaned. The WiFi was terrible.

This campground has entertainment for all ages! I cannot recommend it enough for families.

The help was courteous but not knowledgeable about many details. The gift shop ran out of the Jellystone bags and only had generic plastic bags to put souvenirs in. The store ran out of ice. The crafts were disorganised. I reserved a cabana for a Saturday and Sunday but they booked it for Sunday Monday and we checked out on Monday.
