This site is really fun for the kids! We had a pretty good time too, considering our back pains. Had to take a star for that- the beds are so uncomfortable every adult had back complaints. I would visit again, but might be better off in a tent and bringing our own beds.

Everything was great as usual except for the cabin we rented. It was full of ants. Crawling out of the floor and walls. Crawling all over us my husband didn't sleep for two nights

We had a great time. Staff and other campers were the best!

The camp was very cute and I think would be very fun during high season. Unfortunatly, we visited durring the the start of the low season. There were a few things that could have been better. The first one was the site itself. We were in a Van and the gound was not level. We did not have the ability to level ourselves and it was a little distracting. There was no body attending the office for most of the week. I think the sign said there was someone there Thur-Sunday. We were there Mon - Wed. The last thing was the constant noise of the improvements they were working on. They were taking out big slabs of concrete and rock. We did not know before we got there what was going on. I think this would be a 5+ rating if we had been here at a different time.

The park staff is constantly refreshing amenities, and adjusting policies to truly keep the family atmosphere.

We have gone there for over 10 years. We love the activities there. If we have any issues, they are usually taken care of quickly. However, this year, the mattress in the cabin had broken coils making it impossible to sleep. There was no resolution to this issue.

Best camping site ever! Kelly rocks. She was super friendly to us. Checked on us multiple times for our needs. She was super friendly and also the rest of the staff was awesome. We felt like we’re treated like family. Thank you ❤️

Jellystone is full of energy and activity. Our site was very unlevel and we we un able to utilize the full hookup station because fluids won't flow up (aka the dump hookup was higher than the trailer hook-up and the slope of the spot required us to already lift the other side about 12" off of the ground). The lack of parenting (kids wandering alone and in and out of the roads) combined with the number of speeding golf carts, electric scooters and electric bikes was quite concerning.

Kids on the golf carts were ridiculous. Didn't pay the site lock fee so I got moved to high traffic area. Made for a lovely dust filled campsite. Campground activities itself were good.

So much for the grandson to do... just say Waterpark or arcade and he's in. The staff does a great job as well.

No complaints, everything was perfect

Service was mostly non existent. Store not open every day. I had a washout trench at the exit of our slot. Had to shovel gravel back in it to safely pull camper out. Fire pit on a hill. Laundry was blocked for restrain well beyond drying time. The kids running the place had no answers. Nothing was open except main pool.
